Los Angeles based Ash Roberts has no limit to when it comes to creative outlets. From styling spaces to fashion, Ash has recently shifted her focus to her long time passion of painting. From an early age Ash’s paintings have attracted the likes of Robert Redford and have now become every it girls must have piece.
If you could shadow one person dead or alive for a day, who would it be?

What's a typical day look like for you?
I am most productive in the morning. Ideally, I like to start painting as soon as I can from the moment I wake up.
What's your philosophy on art?
Are there any key elements or mediums you carry throughout your art?
Nature, I paint my interpretation and feelings of nature.
Favorite Museum?
I think one of the most under praised museums is the Palm Springs Art Museum. They have a beautifully curated small collection of color field painters I love like Helen Frankenthaler. The collection and colours speaks to Palm Springs and the sun.

When are you most inspired?
When I'm experiencing a new culture or landscape.
What are your go-to clothing items?
Lately I've been wearing mostly white.
Best advice ever received?
Let someone show you who they are.
Most surreal life experience to date?
Robert Redford being my first patron. When I was nine he saw my painting of a Tucan hanging in a coffee shop. He bought it and used it in the film he was directing The Horse Whisperer. My parents and I got to go on set and chat with him.
